Rapper Flo Rida scored a No. 1 Hot 100 hit this week with his debut single, as "Low" featuring T-Pain" jumps from #2 to #1. Increased airplay and digital sales of 178,000 units helped the track dethrone Alicia Keys' "No One," which slips to No. 2 after five weeks atop the chart.
